Subscription Renewal Question

Hello, 

We recently received a renewal reminder that our Brizy subscription will renew on September 7, 2025. However, in our Brizy admin panel, it indicates that our next renewal date is not until September 7, 2026.

Could someone please review and clarify which date is correct? Screenshots of both our account manager and recent renewal email are attached for review.

  Hello there,

  Your Brizy PRO Studio subscription is an annual plan and it renews on September 7th every year. Your last renewal was on September 7, 2024. Your next renewal is on September 7, 2025. The email you have received is correct.

  Due to an error in our billing software, your account dashboard shows a notification "Brizy PRO Studio. Next payment ($106.92) is due on September 7, 2026". Kindly disregard this incorrect renewal date. We will fix the error in renewal date by tomorrow. 

  As mentioned in the email, if your payment method has changed, kindly update it in your Brizy account to ensure that the subscription is renewed on  September 7, 2025
