    Hello Audrey,

    Generally speaking, after a Paddle transaction has been billed or completed, you cannot change the country. Completed and billed transactions are considered financial records and cannot be removed or changed directly.

    Please send an email to help@paddle.com quoting your order number in the invoice and check if they can assist. You can include support@brizy.io in the CC to keep us informed.
