Brizy Cloud Pro is telling me my Pro version is not active and I have lost my header and footer, plus all the Pro tools as far as I can tell. According to my Shop active/inactive status, everything should be working. Can you please examine and let me know what the issue might be? I have rebooted the computer, but still no joy. Thank you.

  Hello Wil,

  I looked at a couple of your projects, and the PRO blocks, such as the header and footer, are visible and the PRO elements are enabled. I was unable to see the issue you have stated. Is the problem still present for you, or has it been fixed?  If not, try using a different browser to access your Brizy Cloud dashboard and see if that helps.
