Global pop-up not working
On all my Brizy Cloud websites, the global pop-up sections are not working. Clicking them doesn't open the site. When I remove them from the global view, they open the site. This is a very urgent and serious problem. The most important part of the website is the click-action pop-up sections. Can we please resolve this urgent issue? Brizy cloud user: umutkorpe@gmail.com

Hello Umut,
We have a bug with the popups which are set as global. Kindly set your popups as non-global to make it work. Once we fix the issue, you can set it back to global.

Hello Kc George,
This is a huge technical issue. I have dozens of sites, and each one has global popup links on different pages. Removing them all from the global popup can take days, and when you remove them from the global popup, the form submission section is reset, requiring a new creation for each form. When updating Brizy Cloud, serious issues with existing structures are causing significant frustration and a loss of trust. Internal anchor links are also not working. How will I be notified that you've resolved this issue?0 -
Hello Umut,
I had set the popups in the homepage of https://www.babadagyamacparasutu.com.tr/ as non-global and both appear working fine. Possibly there is no need to reconfigure email notifications after setting a block as non-global.
If you can make a list of all affected websites and list of affected pages under each website, maybe we can help you with the additional workload.
We will inform you once this bug is fixed.

I had to manually change the popup globals and reconfigure the email settings again, checking every single page of every website. It was a huge chore. Thank you for your help.
As a software developer, I experience these kinds of problems myself. As someone who loves the Brizy team and the project, I'd like to offer some feedback, please share them with the relevant departments.
With version updates and new features, existing components, especially links, anchor links, and popup links, should no longer cause problems. This erodes trust in the entire system. I learn about these problems from customer complaints. It's upsetting to see these problems when customers complain that the popup forms on my site aren't working and reservations have been missed. If we were aware of these types of problems, we could take action until they're resolved or manage customer complaints. But we only learn about them through customer complaints, which is disappointing. I think a structured communication system is necessary to inform us when the problem started and when it will be resolved.
Thank you.

Hi Umot,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand how frustrating it must have been to go through all those manual adjustments, and we appreciate the time you took to explain your experience in detail.
I’ll make sure your feedback is passed along to the relevant team so it can be taken into consideration for future improvements.

Same here, on www.lidiayoga.com where we used global popups for pretty much everything and it is a pain... still not working as it needs a lot of manual work.

Hi Jacek,
Thank you for reaching out.
This is an ongoing issue that our team is aware of. As a temporary workaround, please set the popup as non-global until we have a permanent fix in place.
We understand this adds extra steps, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Best regards,
