Can't upload photos

Hello,

I have not been able to upload photos to my website. Every time I try to, I get an 'unable to upload file' error. I'm on a Mac, there are no antivirus running, the image is a simple JPG. I tried converting it to PNG, but I get the same error message. Could you please help me with this?

  Hello Flavia,

  Have you previously added a number of images to your Brizy Cloud Media Library? The reason for this problem can be because some of your images aren't following the file format exactly. To resolve this problem, go to https://tinypng.com/, use this service to compress your image, download the compressed file, and attempt uploading it once more. File format issues are resolved when TinyPNG regenerates your image file, and this should help fix the issue.
