    Hi Baru,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It seems that the Blocksy theme’s search template is overriding your custom Brizy search template. This can happen if the display conditions are not set correctly or if there are conflicts with plugins affecting the template loading.

    To help resolve this, please ensure your Brizy search template has the correct display conditions explicitly set for search results. For example, you can create a search by adding a Product Archive with search display conditions.

    If you have added custom code, please verify that it does not interfere with Brizy’s template. You may need to temporarily remove the custom code to troubleshoot the issue further.

    By default, Brizy's search is based on the WordPress search function. This means the results may include not only products but also other pages like the home page or checkout. To customize search results to include only products, you might need to install a specialized search plugin. Here is a helpful list of WordPress search plugins you can explore:

    I have set the search template as above: Product Archive and include{search page}

    The website is a car auction website, and since i couldn't find a plugin that works as i wanted without massive changes i created one myself. So far there have been not conflicts with brizy but i am having trouble hooking the filter to the Brizy search template

    Its a filter with multiple entry fields, make, model year,... etc

    Hi Baru,

    Thank you for the details.

    Brizy templates follow the standard WordPress/WooCommerce query structure, so if the filter isn’t passing results into the query, the search template may not be triggered as expected. In this case, some adjustments to your custom code may be needed. As much as we'd like to assist, providing custom code solutions is beyond our scope.

    If you’d like to explore alternatives, you might consider a plugin such as YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter, which is known to work with Brizy. You can check out their demo here: https://plugins.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-ajax-product-filter-food/shop/filter_session/

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
