Update Issues

Hi,

Every time your plugin updates, it seems to completely break the front end of my website, ponderosa-zoo.co.uk, and we have to uninstall and reinstall the plugin to fix it every time. Do you know what could be causing this issue?

  Hi Michael,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  In most cases, this happens because of cached files or a conflict with the theme or another plugin. Instead of reinstalling each time, try clearing your cache after the update and see if the site loads correctly. If the problem keeps happening, please send us temporary WP Admin access at communitysupport@gmail.com and include the reference number 29053609389970 in the subject line.
