Refund Request for Brizy Pro Purchase
Hello,
I am still within the trial/refund window for my recent Brizy PRO subscription and would like to request a full refund. After extensive troubleshooting, I have determined that it is not a good fit for me at this time.
I am not finding another place in my account to request the refund, so I am asking for your help here. The primary PRO features (Header/Footer template types) are not functioning on my installation.

I understand your concern, and I’m sorry to hear you’re still having a hard time with Brizy.
We do have a 30-day refund period, so that option is available. At the same time, I’d really encourage you to give it another shot before deciding. Sometimes it just takes a little guidance to get things set up.
If the videos and guides haven’t been enough, could you please send your site’s temporary admin credentials to communitysupport@gmail.com? This will allow us to check your setup directly, and we can also prepare a screencast showing you step-by-step how to get your header, footer, or any other Pro feature working properly.
I’d be glad to help you get the header/footer or any other feature working as expected.

Thank you so much for your quick reply and for your kind offer to help. I truly appreciate it.
Based on your offer, I am willing to put a hold on my refund request for now to give this one more try. You are right, sometimes it just takes a little more guidance.
I will continue to work through the tutorials. If I can get the Pro features working as expected, I will happily remain a customer. If I'm still facing fundamental issues, I will proceed with the cancellation within the refund period.
