URGENT: Brizy Pro Not Working - Missing Template Types (Header, Footer)

Hello Ariel and the Brizy Team,

Thank you for your previous help. I have followed all instructions, but my Brizy PRO is still not working correctly. This is an urgent issue preventing me from building my website.

The Problem: In Brizy -> Templates -> Add New Template, the "Template Type" dropdown is missing the "Header" and "Footer" options. It only shows "Single" and "Archive". (I have attached a screenshot of this).

What I Have Already Done:

1. My Brizy PRO license is successfully activated.

2. Both the "Brizy" and "Brizy Pro" plugins are installed and active. (I have attached a screenshot of my plugins page).

3. I have switched to a compatible theme, "Blocksy," as you recommended.

4. I have tried deactivating and reactivating both plugins.

5. I have cleared all caches.

Despite all this, the Pro features for creating a global header are not available. My Pro version is not functioning as a Pro version.

Please investigate this urgently. I can provide temporary admin login access to my website if that will help you diagnose the problem faster.

  Thank you for the details.

  Just to clarify — the Header and Footer are not created from the Template Type dropdown (that’s why you only see Single and Archive there). They are set up differently in Brizy:

  Headers and footers are managed through global blocks rather than the template dropdown.
