Hi Guys,
I currently have the Brizy Pro plan and I’m wondering how to hide or change the "From: notifications@brizy.cloud <notifications@brizy.cloud>" address. When a customer submits an inquiry via the website form, this Brizy Cloud email appears in the original email they receive, before I reply. I want to prevent this or replace it with my own email address.
Just to clarify, I’m not talking about the sender address in my replies it’s the original email sent by the form that shows the Brizy Cloud address.
Could you please advise how to do this?

Hello Mark,
There is no option to set the "From Email" address for email notifications at the account or project level in Brizy Cloud; it is set centrally for all users. Hence this email address can't be changed.

Hello Mark,
Please look into external form builders. They allow you to embed forms on your website and it may be possible to customize the "From Email" address in the embeddable forms.

I tried the above forms, but none of them are as good as the Brizy form. The biggest downside to the Brizy form is the brizy.cloud SMTP name. If I were to purchase the Agency or White Label plan, would I then be able to change the brizy.cloud address, or does it still appear?

Hello Mark,
We will create a white label builder for you if you purchase the white label plan offered at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud. You can modify notifications@brizy.cloud to a different email address for your white label builder as part of the white label builder onboarding process. The new email address can be used by all projects in your white label builder.
