Theme Builder" menu item is still missing

Hi Ariel,

Thank you so much for your quick reply and for the excellent information.

Following your advice, I have switched my theme. I installed and activated the free "Blocksy" theme, which you recommended. The good news is that this has fixed the header on my live homepage (serveleap.com), and it now looks great!

However, the main problem is still happening: the "Theme Builder" menu item is still missing from my WordPress dashboard under the "Brizy" menu.

I have already tried deactivating and reactivating the Brizy Pro plugin after switching to Blocksy, but the menu item did not appear. My license is active, and both Brizy and Brizy Pro are active.

Can you please investigate further? It seems there is a deeper issue preventing the Theme Builder from loading in my admin panel.

  Hi Alvaro,

  Glad to hear the Blocksy theme fixed your header.

  Just to clarify — Brizy doesn’t have a separate Theme Builder menu. These features are available under Brizy → Templates in your dashboard, where you can create templates. For global headers and footers, you can also set them up directly while editing your pages, as shown in this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3M_LT0LFkuE&t=35s
