How can I edit page names and links?

Included imagery below; how do I edit the name and accompanying link for pages?

  Hello there,

  Click on any page name and you will be able to edit your Page Title and Page Slug.

  

  Remember that if you are editing a page, you cannot change its slug.  All pages other than the homepage can have their slugs changed if you are actively editing the homepage. By observing its trash icon, which will be grayed out, you can determine which page is being edited at the moment.
