Email integration
The email and apps integration does not load for the submit button of a "contact us" form.
Saw a similar help request but my project was not moved.

Hello there,
Please duplicate the form by clicking the top right corner and selecting the "Duplicate" icon. Delete the original form and check if you can setup the email notification or integrate with an app in the duplicated form.
