    Hi Evija,

    Thank you for contacting us.

The issue with the footer menu not being clickable may be related to cache. Could you please try clearing your site cache (if you’re using a caching plugin) as well as your browser cache, and then check the footer menu again?

If the issue persists, it may be due to a conflict. To isolate this, please temporarily disable all third-party plugins except Brizy, Brizy Pro, and your translation plugin, then test again to see if the footer menu becomes responsive.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Cleared cache, nothing working.. that wasnt the problem., plugins - didn’t even try.. , decided to delete the old footer, made a completely new one (basically re-did the job) and voila! It worked!

Woth that I want to say there was an issue with the brizy builder for that specific thing it had to do - it didn’t catch menu to be menu., but to work as a “picture”.

    Hi Evija,

Thank you for sharing the details. I’m glad to hear that rebuilding the footer worked. This issue likely happened due to how the page was compiled, which sometimes causes elements like menus to not be recognized correctly. I appreciate you pointing this out, and I’ll pass along your feedback to our team.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
