  I see that a LeadConnector form is embedded to your webpage. When you submit the original LeadConnector form at https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/form/xaDGTGcuD9QNRxVGF7gn, do you receive an email notification? Please contact LeadConnector support to resolve the issue if you are not receiving emails. Once the issue is fixed on the original form, kindly check if the embed form works fine.
