Here we go again - Pro elements unavailable to edit on Cloud WL

I know I've been bugging you with this a lot, but it's really getting tedious....
Again Pro elements unavailable to edit on Cloud WL - I have tried 6 or 7 websites (see attached pictures)
for example :
https://www.manuelaperez-massages.fr/
https://www.evelynevanbroeck-artiste.fr/
etc
I know you have to do sth on your side because of the platform itself, but today a client left me because he constantly had this problem when wanting to update his website (bad luck I would say).
Once you told me that maybe there would be a permanent fix one day ? Any news about that ?
Can you help unlock the pro elements so that I can work ?

We are sorry to learn that this bug has caused the client to leave you. Every renewal used to cause this bug to occur. After the next renewal, we anticipate that the problem won't recur because we have fixed it.
With the projects you have mentioned above, I am unable to replicate the problem. The Pro plan appears active in both projects. Do you still have this issue?
