Woocommerce Brizy WP Customer payment issues

    Hello Trevoulin,

    Once you receive payment, ideally the "Order Status" should change from "Pending payment"  to "Processing". This status means that the payment has been received (paid), and the stock has been reduced. The order is awaiting fulfillment. Have a look at https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/order-statuses/ for available order statuses. What status do you see once you receive payment from a customer in WooCommerce?

    Hi KC, 

    Usually it works normally but this past few days it has just been stuck on "pending payment" even though the customer has paid and payment has reflected in the merchant account.

    Hello Trevoulin,

    If the status does not change to "Processing" after you have received customer payment, it could be due to an issue with your payment processor not updating the status in WooCommerce. In your WordPress Dashboard under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, you could check for error logs to investigate it.

     

    If this does not help, kindly contact the payment processor support for further assistance.
