    Thank you for reaching out to us. 

    I understand your concern, especially since you haven’t been active with your account for quite some time.

    As per our Terms and Conditions: https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, renewal transactions are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are only available within the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. Unfortunately, for renewals, starting from the second month or second year, refunds are not possible. We also did not receive a cancellation request from you last year, which is why the subscription renewed automatically.

    That said, we’ve gone ahead and cancelled your subscription, so you will no longer be billed moving forward.
