Scroll to block buttons are broken

Hi, my client's website https://www.olivegrovecs.org/ has a problem with broken scroll to block buttons. Please fix this and tell me what I did wrong.

1. The resources in the header menu are supposed to scroll to the resources in the block above footer

2. The Calendar Schedule button is supposed to scroll to calendar further down on the Home page.

3. School Locations button is supposed to scroll to school locations block.

  There is currently an ongoing issue with linking blocks. In the meantime, as an alternative, please link the button using the block name instead.
