I cannot add any new photos to website "Failes to Upload File"

I cannot seem to update ANY new photos. I can add a pre-planned block, but I cannot substitute any image files without getting the following. I've tried all the requested changes including updating Brizy and Brizy Pro and deactivating other plug-ins.

  Could you please confirm if you’re able to upload images directly through Dashboard → Media? This will help us determine whether the issue is specific to Brizy or a broader media upload problem on your site.
