Changing of Account Email

Dear Brizy support,

May I request that you help me change my account email, as I tried the process indicated on the Support Forum to just change the email on the "Settings" page, but it didn't work for me.

I would appreciate your support on this.

  Hello Neil,

  You have a free Brizy account with that email address. Once we delete the free account, we can change your account email for your Pro account. Do we have your permission to delete the free account?

  Hello Neil,

  We have made these two changes

  1. Deleted your Brizy account linked to neil.ca...........@gmail.com
  2. In the Brizy account linked to neilcabreira@ani-...............com, account email is changed to  neil.ca...........@gmail.com.

  You can now sign in to your Brizy account  using neil.ca...........@gmail.com as your username and your existing password.
