Custom Domain Not working (Lifetime Deal user)

I have a lifetime deal and my custom domain option isn't working all of a sudden.

I looked at a few projects in your account at random, and on every project I looked at, the custom domain option was functional. Please elaborate on the problem you are facing. Perhaps you could include a screenshot or record your screen and send it to us so we can better understand the problem.

Yes it has been functional on every project.
It's for the new website I just did for a client. It's never said upgrade on custom domain before.
