    Hi Cristina,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your honesty, and we're sorry to hear that Brizy didn’t meet your expectations.

Regarding the vulnerability warning you're seeing in cPanel, we want to let you know that the issue has already been fixed on our end. However, the platform where it was initially reported (Patchstack) hasn’t yet updated their database to reflect this, which is why the notification still appears. We're actively following up with them, but unfortunately, we don't have control over how quickly third-party databases refresh their records.

As for the mobile layout, we checked your site, and the mobile view appears to be working properly based on this screencast: https://youtube.com/shorts/bRNI1wJYfCE.
If you’re seeing something different, we’d be happy to take another look and assist further.

We understand your concerns about mobile display and loading speed. While Brizy aims to offer a flexible and user-friendly builder, results may vary depending on the hosting environment, plugins used, and page setup.

As for your refund request, since the time frame for issuing a refund has already passed, we’re no longer able to process one. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and hope you’ll consider us again in the future.

Wishing you all the best with your blog and your work ahead.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi Ariel the page you see is made with wordpress not with Brizy. i could not have the pages Misaligned. Is not the first I have to do this with the brizy pages, so I have pages done with word press  in aimple way. so If something append with the plugin just need to turn off the plugin  and change for word press editor. So i have to run fast and turn them back to wordpress editor. that's why your seem them like that. I understand about refound. Thanks very much
