    Hi Claudia,

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

I tried checking your site on my end and the only issue I was able to replicate was that the navigation submenu appears slightly misaligned. The contact form on the Homepage loads correctly, and I wasn’t able to see the image resizing issue you mentioned either.

To better understand what you're experiencing, would you mind sending over a short screencast demonstrating the issue? You can use Loom.com to take the screencast.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,
Thanks for your quick reply and looking into this.

So odd. You're right the Homepage header, footer, form are fine now. But not on the Contact page, all a problem even on first load. Also icons missing on homepage, and footer missing randomly on other pages. All fine in the Briny builder.  Screencast here - https://www.loom.com/share/d909c6f6fde14b34af34a71b745bfb1c?sid=e1cdb168-1309-4cd6-a7ff-79ff0ed0535a

    Thank you

    Hi Claudia,

    Thanks for your patience.

The issue appears to be connected to hard caching. I’ve recreated the homepage on the following link for testing: https://cjclean.co.uk/main/
Please check if you're able to replicate the issue there.

If the page displays correctly, it's likely a server-side cache that's causing the problem on the original page. In that case, I recommend purging any server-side or host-level cache to ensure the latest version of the page is being served.

Let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

I purged the cash on Hostinger again now and all seems to be good. Sorry about that. I did purge the cache last night several times, and even waited til this morning to message you in case of any delay to update, but it was still off earlier today. But ok now, so not sure why it's all been so odd. But thank you!
