I checked your account and everything looks good. Two Agency Cloud plans you have purchased give you access to 20 PRO licenses. You have currently activated 9 PRO licenses and can activate PRO features on 11 more websites.
Please keep in mind that if you are working on a FREE project, you will be prompted to upgrade since you have not activated PRO features on the project.

You have mentioned "now you still ask me for payment and you blocked me for a rush job". Can you elaborate what you mean here? Maybe you can share a screenshot where we are asking you for a payment.
