    Hi Darren,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

The issue appears to be related to a CORS policy, caused by a mismatch between https://www.friedascott.org.uk and https://friedascott.org.uk. While they look similar, browsers treat them as different due to the presence or absence of www.

Kindly ensure that all subsites use the same domain format, either with or without www. You can update this under Network Admin > Sites > Edit. It would also help to set up a 301 redirect, so all traffic goes to the preferred version.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Ok, that's odd. The site's been like this for a year and it was never an issue so not sure what the change has been?

    Thanks,
    Darren

    Hi Darren,

    Thank you for the update.

Issues like this can sometimes occur due to changes in hosting, security settings, or server configuration, for example, updates to SSL, firewall rules, CDN settings, or server headers. Even without any manual changes, automatic hosting updates could still alter how the server handles cross-origin requests.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
