Bug - Products on Tablet only have 1 column

Hello

Have specified that there should be 2 columns on the tablet version of the Product table for the following page:

https://meditateincapetown.org/tushita-kadampa-meditation-centre/shop/

Only 1 column is showing and so the product images are large and pixilated

Could you help?

  Thank you for reaching out.

  I had a look at the page, and it seems the product images appear pixelated because the images uploaded are low resolution. To improve their appearance, especially on larger screens like tablets, we recommend using high-resolution images. This will help avoid the pixelation you're seeing.

  Yes they are pixilated because the product block is 1 column so the image is stretched to fit a larger space than it is intended!

  The issue is that there is a bug with the Brizy Product Block for the Tablet: Have specified that there should be 2 columns via the menu but it is showing 1 column.

  Could you let me know what the fix is??

  Hi

  Thank you for the clarification. It’s possible that this issue is related to your theme. I’ve tested it on this page https://staging.brizywp.online/demo01/shop/, where the products are set to display in 2 columns on tablet, and they appear correctly.

  Could you please try switching to another theme temporarily to see if this makes any difference? This will help us confirm whether the issue is theme-related.
