Block Background Color Opacity BUG

Using Brizy 2.7.4 and Brizy Pro 2.7.2

When the background color of a block is set to 0% opacity that block's opacity is no longer able to be changed in Tablet or Mobile mode. It is locked at 0% opacity.

A workaround is to set the opacity to 1% in Desktop mode. Then the opacity for that block can be changed in Tablet and Mobile mode.

This appears to be a bug that needs to be corrected.
