Cancel my subscription

I would like to cancel my subscription and request a refund. I paid for the annual plan, and I’m no longer interested in continuing the service.
Could you please let me know what steps I need to take to obtain the refund?

  We have cancelled your Personal WordPress plan and have refunded $59.00 to your payment method. This transaction is likely to reflect in your card statement within 7-10 business days.
