Deleted blocks still appear in View/Preview mode

Hello Brizy Support,

 

I have an issue when editing pages in Brizy:

 

• When I delete blocks from a page, they disappear as expected in the Brizy editor.

• However, when I switch to View or Preview mode, the deleted blocks are still visible on the page.

 

 

I have tried clearing the Brizy cache, browser cache, and republishing the page, but the problem remains.

 

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue? Is this related to cache, or is there something else I need to do after deleting blocks?

  Thank you for reaching out.

  This issue does seem connected to hard caching. Even though you've already cleared the Brizy and browser cache, it's possible that a caching plugin or server-side cache is still serving an older version of the page.

  To troubleshoot further, we recommend temporarily deleting any caching plugins you may have installed. Additionally, please check your 'wp-content' directory for any cache-related folders or leftover files from previously installed caching plugins.

  If you'd like us to take a closer look, feel free to provide access to your WordPress Admin dashboard and your cPanel so we can further investigate the issue.
