Issue with Drag & Drop and Deleted Blocks Showing in View Mode

Hello Brizy Support,

 

I am experiencing two issues in Brizy Builder:

 

1. Drag & Drop not working:

   I am unable to move blocks within the editor using drag and drop. They appear locked in place, even though no lock setting has been applied.

2. Deleted blocks still visible in View mode:

   Blocks that I have deleted in the editor (they are not visible when editing) still show up when the page is viewed in normal (View) mode. This seems like a cache or sync issue, but clearing the Brizy cache and browser cache does not solve the problem.

 

 

I have tried:

 

• Clearing the Brizy cache.

• Clearing my browser cache and refreshing the page.

• Publishing and republishing the page.

 

 

Could you please advise on how to resolve these issues?

  Hi Solvi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  To help isolate the issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Temporarily disable all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro.
  2. Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One).
  3. Remove any custom scripts that may have been added to the page.

  These steps will help determine if the issue is being caused by a conflict with another plugin, theme, or custom code.
