Form submission button popup is not working

Hi,

I am trying to setup the email submission. But the email tab is not loading at all. It keeps spinning. The "Apps" tab also not loading, "Recaptcha" is loading. I tried multiple times from multiple devices, same issue.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please try duplicating the form and reconfiguring it from scratch? Sometimes this helps resolve loading issues like the ones you're experiencing with the Email and Apps tabs.
