Changes to one block name breaks all block links

Greetings;

We have a big problem.

Today renamed one of my blocks to a different name, and after the change ALL links to ALL blocks fail to work.  Pages and URLs work fine, but block connections are all broken.  The system seemed to change all links (not just the one I changed) to long strings when before, they (if I remember correctly) were human redable..and worked fine.

  Hello Todd,

  The feature to add an anchor link by selecting a block from the list of blocks is broken at the moment.

  

   

  While we are taking time to fix this bug, to fix this issue in your project , kindly use the URL tab of the Link tool and type /#block-name. For instance, if the name of your block is "Contact", type /#Contact in the URL field to link to the Contact block.
