Broken anchor links

In Brizy CLOUD the anchor links are not functioning anymore. the Browser shows cryptic numbers for example link/#12485034892034ß0234 but not the fitting name of my block...
So I tried it by bypassing this through placing a Link in the LINK-Field 

/#test for example. This works...

  Hello Helge,

  Linking to a block within a page using the link tool is broken at the moment. While we are working on fixing it, please add anchor links manually using the #Block-name method.
