Scrolling and menu bar disappear

Scrolling is lagging on both phone and desktop version. The current brizy is 2.7.2. Can you pls help. 

* scrolling is still fine, but when we tried to scroll ( the function does not work) and menu bar disappears

  Hello Janet,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Do you have a popup on your website? If you do, kindly open the popup in the Popup Builder and make these changes and see if the scrolling issue gets resolved

  • Make a minor change like adding a space to any text
  • Resave the "Trigger" and "Display" Conditions for the popup following the procedure at https://jmp.sh/FMFcRXsZ.
  • Update your project by clicking on the "Update" button at the bottom right corner.

  Please try this to get the header to appear on the front end of your website. Make a minor change to the header block such as adding 1 pixel to the padding, click the "Update" button in the lower right corner to save your work, and then see if the problem is fixed.

  We've all had this error for many days and there's no solution. I suggest you go to the header menu, edit the area where you make it global, and then delete the line that says not to publish to "ALL."
