SSL Not Working

I'm working on a website for a local church and the link brings up a red warning page. How do I fix this?

  The correct URL for your website is https://springgarden.brizy.site/. I see the design at https://jmp.sh/rSJMQTmA when visiting your website.  Please use this URL and check if you see the same error.

  Should I never use www.   ?

  When I eliminate www. it works again.

  I thought it needs both https// and www. but I must be wrong.

  Hi again,

  It worked for 5 min but now I see the red screen again. It happens whenever I click preview from the editor or the workspace. Unfortunately I sent the faulty link to the client, thinking it was working.

  Is it something I did wrong? I want to know so it doesn't happen again.

  Hello John,

  You are right; www should not be added after https://. The URL https://springgarden.brizy.site/ will work for the client. Checking the previews from your Brizy Cloud Dashboard also should work like in the screen recording at https://jmp.sh/LO5jZvT9
