unable to install starter template (Pro plan for Freelancer)
Hello,
I tried to install starter template but unable.
I keep received notification as below:
Bad news, your starter template was not installed. Something went wrong and we couldn't do it. Please contact us.
Pls advise me what to do now

Please share your WordPress admin login details with us so we can take a closer look. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

If not, could you please confirm the website address or domain you're referring to? We receive several site credentials through this email account, and without the proper format, it's difficult for us to identify which site the request is for.

Thank you for the update.
We tried to replicate the issue on our end, but everything appears to be working properly. We were able to change the current template to a different one without any problems.
