I checked the site is not in the spam lists.
The latest versions of plugins are installed.

Thanks for reaching out.
I’ve tested the form and can confirm that it’s working. I added my email address as CC to monitor delivery, and as shown in the screenshot, the email was successfully sent to my Gmail account, but it went to spam and also recorded in the Brizy Leads section.
The issue here seems to be email delivery. Gmail has strict requirements for accepting messages, your domain needs to have a valid DMARC DNS record in place, along with SPF and DKIM properly configured.
Once these are set up, your form emails should start landing correctly in Gmail inboxes.

It seems we misunderstood each other.
My problem: I open a page in the Brizy constructor. I go to the ready-made Brizy blocks. The blocks do not load.

Apologies for the misunderstanding earlier.
I tried to replicate the issue on your website, but everything seems to be working as expected on my end, the Brizy blocks are accessible. This is demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/ZT9uKtKYrGk
When you have a moment, could you please try using a different browser or test it on another computer to see if the issue persists?
