Brizy cloud payment
Hello, I am one of the early Brizy buyers so my subscription is for free and I only shoud pay for the hosting. My next payment should be on the 31st of July, 2026 (see the image) but today, I have received an email for the payment process (see the second image). I suppose I should process the payment next year, isn't it?

Your Brizy Pro Studio plan was last renewed on July 31, 2024, and it will be renewed again on July 31, 2025.
Due to a billing error, your account dashboard shows a notification "Next payment ($119.79) is due on July 31, 2026". We apologize for misrepresenting the renewal date. You have this recurring payment every year on July 31st.

Hi George,
I hope you’re doing well. I also have similar issue, My payment plan is due, but I don’t see an option to make the payment on my dashboard. Normally, I receive an invoice from Paddle to complete the payment, but this time I haven’t received any email yet.
Since my clients are active, I want to make sure I don’t miss this payment. I’ve attached an image below for your reference.
Could you please check and let me know how I can proceed? I already updated my payment method in system as below.

You are likely to receive an email notification from help@paddle.com today about your upcoming renewal on September 25, 2025. Please check your SPAM folder as well. Since you have updated your payment method, your renewal transaction will proceed without a hitch on the renewal date.
