List Numbering How-To?

If i add list numbers and enter another line under the 1. the other line will be 1. again
so how can i fix this that the second one is 2. and so on

  Hi Bernd,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  When using the text element for numbered lists, the numbering currently resets to 1 whenever a new paragraph is created. Line breaks unfortunately don’t maintain the sequence, as each line is treated as a separate block.

  To better assist you, could you let us know if you’re adding the list on a regular page or within a blog post? Depending on where it's being used, we might be able to suggest a workaround.

  thanks and yes i am feeling much better now.
  
  So as example when i try to copy a text which was generated in chatgpt in the text block on a regular page ->

  So funktioniert Splint Invest

  1. Auswahl durch Experten:

  After i add this to the text block every line gets a number and when i delete all numbers except the ones from 1-4 its the situation as explained from you that every paragraph creates a new 1.
  
  So how can i change this?

  Hi Bernd,

  Thanks for the update. Could you please check if this solution works for you?

  Unfortunately, the text element has some limitations when it comes to handling list items. As a workaround, you can paste your formatted text into the WYSIWYG editor on this site: https://html-online.com. The HTML code will appear on the right side.

  You can then drag and drop the Embed element into your page and paste the HTML code, as shown in this short screencast: https://youtu.be/9Q-cUdc4174

  Okay that solution works but it is a little bit complicated.
