Follow-up from the email conversation
Hello, good morning support team. I recently requested an additional service to migrate my small website to your platform. I received emails back and forth from the developers regarding the details of this migration because some aspects were not correct and did not match the original site. After an initially productive conversation, my reply emails have not been read for over a month, and I have not received any feedback about the further small changes to be made. I kindly ask you to respond to the email as soon as possible—I am your customer, after all.
