White Label Account – Client Sign-Up Workflow and Workspace Control Questions
Hi Brizy Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well! I’m reaching out with a few questions and suggestions regarding the workflow and client management process for White Label users (not Reseller Enterprise).
First, I really appreciate the onboarding experience and the way it introduces the platform. However, as I start bringing in clients and using the White Label features, there are still some key areas where clarification would be incredibly helpful. Here are my main questions and feedback:
1. Client Sign-Up and Workspace Control: When a client signs up through my White Label builder link, they become the Admin of their own workspace by default. After that, when I invite them to a workspace I created for them, it results in two workspaces: • Their own (where they are Admin) • Mine (where I become a Manager or Viewer) This makes it a bit unclear where I should actually start building their website. • Should I be working inside their Admin workspace? • Or should I invite them into my workspace and build the project there, even though I’m not the primary Admin? I want to make sure I’m setting this up in the cleanest, most manageable way—for both myself and the client.
2. Control and Limitations: Is there a way to limit or manage what clients can do inside their own Admin-created workspace—like prevent them from creating projects or publishing without my oversight?
3. Suggestion – White Label Training Video: I think it would be extremely helpful if you provided a dedicated training video or guide specifically for White Label customers (not the Reseller Enterprise plan). This would help users like me fully understand the best practices for: • Setting up the signup flow • Managing client roles • Controlling workspaces and project ownership • Billing and access management Again, thank you for the current onboarding—it’s a great start, but a more detailed guide for White Label users would really help clarify how to structure everything for client success and back-end control.
Looking forward to your guidance on the best practices here!
Best regards,

Hi Freddy,
My name is Denis, Brizy customer support agent. Thank you for your message and the feedback.-
Once a user is invited and creates an account, their personal workspace is automatically set up. In this workspace, they can create an unlimited number of projects. However, PRO features will not be available, and the projects can only be published on your preview sub-domain.
You need to create project for this user in your workspace where you’ve invited the user and assigning him the role. As the admin of the workspace, you’ll have full control over both the workspace and the projects created within it. - Unfortunately, there is no option to restrict what users can do in their personal workspace beyond the default settings. By default, users do not have access to PRO features, including the ability to publish on a custom domain.
- All our instructional videos are available in the documentation, except for billing-related content, as this option is not available on the White Label plan.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.
Best regards,
