AI Building for Cloud, getting "something went wrong please try again" even using the free version, after logging out of my account. Is there something I need to do?

  Hello Michael,

  I tested the AI builder from your dashboard. I could add add a 5 page website using AI: https://crocodile688355c2.brizy.site. This project is under your "Schaumburg Elite" workspace. Feel free to delete it after you have looked at it.

  Can you try these to make the AI builder work at your end?

  • Delete cookies associated with brizy.io in your browser following a procedure similar to https://jmp.sh/GzIXGGPk and check if the above issue resolves
  • Sign in to your Brizy Cloud dashboard using an alternate browser and try the AI builder
  • Open a "New Private Window" of your browser and access the AI builder from there and check if that makes a difference.   

  If you do not have success after trying these, kindly get back to us.

  Without changing anything, the AI is working as it should be this morning. I was able to create a test site.

  Thank you for looking into this. Maybe it was something with AI as I did as you suggested, before sending a message, especially with logging into remote desktop computers in Los Angeles and New York, desktop computers never used to connect to Brizy.
