Cancel the licence / Money back

Dear Dimi,

Can you please refund the money just payed for the licence? This doesn't work for me.

  We understand that learning a new software can take some time, and it’s completely normal to feel a bit overwhelmed at first. We recommend checking out the tutorials available in the Help section for guidance.

  

  You also have 30 days to try it out, and we hope that with a bit of exploration, you’ll get the hang of it in no time. If you come across anything that’s not covered in the tutorials, feel free to contact us, we’re here to help.

  That said, if you feel Brizy isn’t the right fit for you, you’re absolutely free to cancel your subscription within the 30-day refund period. Just let us know and we’ll be happy to process the refund.
