Menu issue

I have a one page website. I am trying to make my menu take people down to a particular point in the page but I can't work out how to do this. Can you please advise.

  Sorry Ariel the video was blurry. Once you have named the block what letter did you type in before the name goes into the menu field?

  Hi Nick,

  Sorry about the blurry video, the character I typed before the block name in the menu field is the # symbol. So, for example, if the block is named "jumphere," you would enter #jumphere in the menu link field.
