Unable to Access Brizy Pro Elements Despite Active Studio Plan
Hi Brizy Support Team,
I hope you're doing well.
I have an active Brizy Pro Studio plan subscription, and I’ve been renewing it every year without any issues. However, I’m currently unable to access the Pro elements in the builder.
I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference showing the issue I’m facing.
Could you please look into this and help me resolve it at the earliest?
