CloudFlare set up correctly but not resolving to the domain (24+ hours)

Hello,

my client has updated his CloudFlare DNS and
disabled the Cloudflare Proxy for the 2 records,
but his website (on Brizy Cloud) is still not resolving
after 2 days.

I hope you can help.
