I can't log in I can't change my password it won't take it it gives me a fatal error

Hey I can't log into my account I have other information everything comes up but it won't let me set the password it keeps giving me a fatal error I tried getting this getting this resolved on through the another email but I'll leave it here

  If so, we recommend first checking with your hosting provider to see if they can help identify or resolve the issue on their end.

  If the issue continues, we’ll need the following to assist you further:

  - Access to your cPanel or hosting account, and
  - The last working WordPress admin username and password you can remember.

  With that information, we can look into fixing the login page for you.
