Brizy cloud issue with AI site builder error

We are trying to create a new website with the AI builder but when we click the "edit and publish with Brizy" button it will show the spinner for a few seconds then say sorry something went wrong (too generic of a message).

We have tried all basic troubleshooting, logging out of Brizy cloud > clearing cookies and cache > rebooting and using the latest version of Chrome.

  Hello Samuel,

  I tested the the AI builder in your Brizy Cloud dashboard and the website was auto generated and imported to your workspace. You can see the project at https://fly687e4e8c.brizy.site

  Can you do more tests?

  • Delete all Brizy.io cookies from Chrome following the procedure at https://jmp.sh/GzIXGGPk and check if that makes a difference
  • Sign in to your Brizy Cloud account from a different browser and check if that helps to import the AI generated website to your Brizy Cloud dashboard.
  • Sign in to Brizy Cloud dashboard  from a different laptop/computer and check if the issue persists.
