    Hello James,

    After adding the required A Record and the CNAME record, kindly visit the article at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052 and complete the steps below in the given sequence.

    1. Follow the directions under the "Delete address records pointing to external servers" heading to remove the address records pointing to external servers.
    2. Follow the steps outlined under the heading "Disable DNS Proxy in Cloudflare" to disable the DNS proxy for the A and CNAME records.
    3. Follow the guidelines in the "In case of SSL protocol error" section to automatically generate an SSL certificate

    After following the above steps, if you do not have success in pointing your domain to your website, kindly get back to us. We will assist you further.
